Ceremony Music
Walk
my way,
and a thousand violins begin to play . . .
Personal Consultations
Together
we will find your perfect music for the prelude, seating of mothers,
entrance of the bridesmaids, and YOU! Then we will plan the music
to play for candle lighting and all ceremony rituals that require
orchestration. Finally, we select the grand music for your recessional
as you walk out as a newly married couple!
The
process of choosing your music is easy. And it's a lot of fun!
Ceremony
Design
All ceremonies
are unique. They also have elements which are common. These
include: Prelude music as guests arrive,
Processional music for the bridal party,
Ceremony music where needed throughout the
ceremony, Recessional music as the newly married
couple are introduced for the first time as husband and wife, and
Postlude music as guests exit.
Prelude
My groups
always arrive
EARLY and ready to PLAY! We provide continuous music from
the moment the first guest arrives.
Processional
We
choose special pieces of music to orchestrate each event:
Seating of Mothers, Bridesmaids Entrance, and Your Bridal
Processional.
Since your
processional piece is the most important one, we select it first
Ceremony
Music
enhances every special component of your wedding, including
lighting of a Unity Candle, Communion, or any ritual you may
have.
Recessional
This
piece is joyful and grand, for it signifies your presentation
for the first time as husband and wife.
Postlude
As
with the prelude, my groups provide continuous music until
the last guest has exited. You may want to allow guests to
simply leave, or you may want to greet and release them row by
row. In either case, they will depart to joyful music.
I will be
happy to provide strolling violin music for your cocktail hour
at no additional fee if your ceremony is at the same location
as your reception.
